8 Monate sind vergleichsweise lang, um auf ein neues KGLW-Album zu warten: Für Album Nr. 24 hat es sich jedoch gelohnt: "PetroDragonic Apocalypse…" ist (endlich) wieder ein Thrash-Metal Album der australischen Psych-Rock-Legenden. Die Platte knüpft damit an ihr bisher bestes Album an, die klimakämpferische Doom/Stoner-Scheibe "Infest the Rats Nest" (2019). "This one is for all the people out there who wanna watch the world burn" kündigt die Band an. Es geht um "die Menschheit und um den Planeten Erde, aber auch um Hexen und Drachen und so einen Scheiß". Die Vorab-Single "Gila Monster" sowie die apokalyptische Cover-Art versprechen Großartiges. Pflicht für alle in und um das Gizzverse.
